October, 5th is "Teacher Appreciation Day" and it's tradition for the Parent Committee to give a small gift to all teachers in the school. This year I was responsable for wrapping the gifts. So I made 35 of these:

Teacher Appreciation Day
I'm a proud member of the Parent Committee at my little prince's school. I think it's important to know what the school stands for and help where we can to make it a better place for all children.

I still need to convince him to pose for a picture with this for the Family album :).

some smalls
It's been a though few weeks, my grandmother passed away at the age of 80. She wasn't ill or anything so it was a bit of a shock to the whole family. Needless to say I haven 't been creating much... and I have some orders to finish, so I need to pull myself together soon.
Some small finishes from before...

Long overdue!
Sometimes life gets in the way of blogging, of crocheting,... it's been a while since I've been here. I've been on a 2 week holiday in May, and didn't really feel like creating stuff. But I had an order to fill so now I'm back on track :).
This one came on holiday with us, there was a little girl waiting for this cute little donkey :)
Always looking for new patterns. I was sold to this little "dude" straight away :) Reminded me of one of my favourite Disney movies, "Finding Nemo"

Another new baby at DH's work, this tough lion is moving to Turkey. The pattern is called "Leeuw Lowie". My son's name is also Lowie, I'm going to make this one for his bedroom as well :).

And this is the one that made me pick up my hooks and yarn again :) Also for a new baby. This is my 3rd Otto Elephant, I think I like this color combo best. Someone already asked me for another green Otto, I guess I will be busy in the next couple of weeks :).
